O LORD LISTEN
O Lord, listen to me
My lips do not speak lies
O Lord, hear my plea
You’ll see that I am right
You test me in the night
By the words of your own lips
Even in my wildest dreams
My feet have not slipped
O Lord, listen to me

I pray and you answer
You hear my prayer, O lord, you
Show the power of your love
To men whose heart is toward you
I am the apple of your eye
Keep me under your wing
Though enemies surround me
I worship only you, my King
They are hard hearted men
They have tracked me down
You see they surround me
To throw me to the ground
Rise up to face them, Lord
Rescue me with your sword
With your own hand and word
Save me from such men, O Lord
You satisfy the hunger of your loved ones
Our sons have plenty of love to share
I will wake to see your face O Lord
I will wake to see that you are there.
